Manually Send Training Data to Vanta: For companies working with Vanta for compliance, we've added a manual sync button. This allows admins to send training data on demand. For reference, we send this data automatically to connected Vanta accounts once every hour. This new button allows admins to send it immediately.
Add captions files to uploaded videos: Training owners can now add captions files to custom-uploaded videos. In the lesson editor, after you've uploaded a video you'll see a captions button. Clicking this will give you the option to upload captions.
Bug Fixes and Improvements
- To improve efficiency for workspaces with numerous channels, we have adopted a more streamlined approach that only loads channels that Haekka is a member of. If you're looking for a channel, and it's not showing up, please be sure to first add Haekka as a channel integration. Please note, for private channels, you must add haekka via the integrations panel and not via the "@haekka" method.
- Considering how video content works with Slack, users are often confused by video URLs. On mobile, these URLs do not load, and on desktop they appear above each video. We're hoping Slack improves this experience soon. Until that happens, we've implemented a new link that provides users with a method of loading the video in the browser that doesn't require accessing Wistia. If you open a lesson with a video, you should now see a new section under that video that says "☝️ To view this video in the browser, please use this link." When a user clicks on this new link, they'll be taken to the dashboard, where they can sign in with Slack and view the video on the browser.
- In Chrome, there was a bug that caused issues when re-ordering lesson questions. This is now fixed.
