In order for certain features to work, you will need to add Haekka as an integration to a channel. Here are the instances where this must take place:

• You are attempting to sync a public or private channel with a training
• You are attempting to import users from a public or private channel

To add Haekka as an integration, do the following:

1. Find the private channel you want
2. Start typing /invite
3. You'll be given options, select "Add apps to this channel"
4. Select Haekka by hitting "Add"
5. That's it!
