This is the second Haekka course on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I). While the first course, Level 1, introduces learners to the topics and definitions of DE&I, this Level 2 course goes deeper into specific topics such as race, gender, sexuality, and privilege.

The lessons contain a lot of material, formatted for delivery in Slack, as well as supplemental videos for each lesson. Every lesson has some form of question to test and apply the topics contained in the lesson.

This course is designed for all employees as a fast follow-on to our Level 1 diversity, equity, and inclusion training.
