As we worked with HR professionals to develop a diversity, equity, and inclusion curriculum, we opted to create two courses on the subject, which we call Level 1 and Level 2. This course, Level 1, serves as an introduction to DE&I. It covers definitions and certain relevant behaviors, finishing with a business case for why companies should consider doing DE&I training if they aren’t doing it already.

The lessons contain a lot of material, formatted for delivery in Slack, as well as supplemental videos for each lesson. Every lesson has some form of question to test and apply the topics contained in the lesson.

This course is meant for all employees as a first step in gaining an understanding and appreciation of DE&I.
