Integrating Google Workspace with Haekka allows you to sync and manage users directly from your Google account, simplifying the process of assigning training. Follow these easy steps:

Important: Employees must have a Slack account using the same email address associated with their Google Workspace account to receive training assignments through Haekka.

Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

1. Log in to your Haekka account.
2. From the main dashboard, select Integrations from the top right settings menu.

Step 2: Link Your Google Account

1. On the Integrations page, locate the Google Workspace section.
2. Click Link with Google.

Step 3: Google Setup Process

1. You will be redirected to Google's login page. Select the Google Workspace account you'd like to link.
2. Review the permissions requested by Haekka and click Allow to grant access.

Step 4: Verify Successful Setup

1. Once permissions are granted, you'll automatically return to Haekka.
2. On the Integrations page, you'll see confirmation that Google Workspace is successfully connected.
3. Enable Account Sync by toggling it on.

Step 5: Assigning Training Using Google Workspace

1. Navigate to the Training section of your Haekka dashboard.
2. When assigning training, you'll now see a new option: Assign by Google.
3. Use this option to:
   • Add all Google Workspace users who also have Slack accounts.
   • Add specific Google Workspace users or groups with Slack accounts.
